Refund policy

Our 14-Day Glow Guarantee

Love it or get your money back. If you're not happy with any Gleam Beauty product, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund. That includes opened and used products and sale items. Return shipping is free.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at ami@gleambeautyinc.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the product(s) you'd like refunded. Telling us what didn't work for you helps us improve, but it's optional.
  3. We'll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions. For some items, we may refund you without asking for the product back.

Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us, so we can match your package to your return.

Your refund

Once we receive your return (or approve a refund without a return), we'll refund the amount you paid for the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, email us and we'll look into it.

Bundles and free gifts

If you return part of a bundle, such as the Gleam Body Care System, we'll refund that item's share of the bundle price you paid. Free gifts that came with your order don't need to be returned.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Skin reactions

If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and contact us. It's covered by the guarantee. We always recommend a patch test before first use.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Email us and we'll refund the item under the guarantee so you can order what you want instead, or we'll help you place the new order.

What's not covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery (damaged or wrong items: 7 days)
  • Gift cards
  • Products not purchased from gleambeautyinc.com

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is covered by the guarantee for 14 days after it arrives. You can cancel future deliveries at any time. See our Cancellation Policy.
